Super Small Ways

Working with communities up and down the canal

Super Slow Way are working with communities up and down the canal to make their ideas happen. Recently we launched our Super Small Ways project, aimed at helping people living along the canal realise ideas that would engage with people locally and do something different along the waterways.

Ideas were selected based on how well they responded to the canal, engaged with people and would provide a good experience for people doing them. We chose projects ranging from reawakening outdoor areas by the canal to musical performances on boats, storytelling days for families to cycling tours along the water. With over twenty projects selected, we are excited to see a wide range of things happening along this stretch of the canal from this April.

People and projects are listed below.
