The Super Slow Way Cafe
The Clayton Creatives are a creative social group who meet every Tuesday from 10:30am-1:30pm at The Baptist Church, 54 Sparth Rd, Clayton Le Moors, BB5 5PZ. Our sessions are open to everyone, whatever your age or ability level.
We run lots of different sessions which include community projects and exhibitions, “How To” sessions, family friendly holiday activities and drop in social sessions. Whether you are a keen artist who would love to share your skills with others or a complete novice who is looking to meet new people and try something new you will always be warmly welcomed. The kettle is on and the biscuits are ready, and sometimes Jenny brings cake!
Acts of Kindness project with artist Cath Ford (until end of march)
New for 2026, you can join artist Cath Ford and the Clayton Creatives to produce a selection of small artworks to be shared with Hyndburn residents at a community makers event at the end of March.
Whether you are a keen artist who would love to share your skills with others or a complete novice who is looking to meet new people and try something new you will always be warmly welcomed.
The sessions are completely free although we welcome any donations for refreshments. Most sessions are drop in and no booking is required.
