The Super Slow Way is shaping the UK’s longest linear park across a 20 mile stretch of the Leeds & Liverpool canal in East Lancashire with the communities that live and work alongside it as a unique new space for us all to use and share.
Alongside partners, we are developing new community spaces along the canal stretch for people to come together, get to know one another and enjoy a range of activities. Over the coming months we will be running a range of free workshops and activities including canoeing, archery, creative workshops, growing and cooking along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
Our site for activity in Hyndburn, this space is based at Clayton Community Centre, Pickup St, Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington BB5 5NR
All activities are free for residents and all are welcome!
