In summer 2020, Super Slow Way artist in residence Rebecca Chesney identified this plot of land as suitable for replanting and enhancement. She was commissioned in 2022 to undertake the development of the park by introducing native wildflower and tree species for pollinators, and to make it a more pleasant place to stop and take a break.
