As summer draws to a close we’re nearing the end of our Linear Park pilot project. This project has seen a wide range of activities happen along the canal from Blackburn to Pendle over the last few months, including: lighting up the Coke Ovens, our floating library of short stories, Homegrown/Homespun, WetLab, Pocket Park, canoeing, cycling, growing and a whole host of other things!
If you’ve enjoyed some or any of these events and happenings, it would be really helpful if you could spend 2 minutes filling in this quick feedback form (if you haven’t already) which will help us continue to develop the Linear Park in the long term.

Keep an eye on the website and social media for our Autumn programme which will include canoeing, cycling, growing and other creative activity at our 4 ‘hub’ locations in Pendle, Blackburn, Burnley and Accrington.
The Super Slow Way Linear Park is an ambitious, pioneering, and deliverable vision and programme of change that seeks to explore and demonstrate how the Leeds & Liverpool Canal corridor can be developed as a major asset for the communities that live in this part of East Lancashire.
