This is an opportunity for people with a wide range of life skills and for those who think the canal world is intriguing & delightful. Narrowboating experience is not essential. Beginners are all welcome!
In return we are offering a 2 day helmswoman/man training course and 1 day librarian/host/creative training day to become part of our crew for 2022. You can also borrow as many short stories as you can read and our reading/writing room is available out of hours.
We are particularly interested in volunteers who live in Lancashire, local to the canals between Blackburn, Rishton, Hapton, Nelson & Kelbrook and who are currently not in employment.
